2. Description of Service & Hardware

VCABox provides hardware appliances and embedded artificial intelligence vision models designed to analyze RTSP/ONVIF streams from security cameras on-premise. Customers retain ownership of all physical cameras, local networks, and video content.

3. Permitted Use & Surveillance Laws

You agree to operate VCABox in compliance with all applicable local and national surveillance, workplace privacy, and data protection laws in your jurisdiction. VCABox disclaims any liability for unlawful surveillance or misuse of camera feeds by customer personnel.

4. Intellectual Property

All AI model weights, firmware architectures, proprietary algorithms, and brand assets associated with VCABox are the intellectual property of VCABox. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or unauthorized duplication of the appliance software is strictly prohibited.
